Rich has years of experience working with the child welfare system, as well as a long history working in the areas of trauma, emotional and behavioral disturbances, education, addiction, and coaching.
He earned his MSW at the University of Connecticut and a B.A. at Trinity College in Hartford, CT.
The best advice I have ever received was to Trust My Process. I've heard those words more than a few times in my life as I encountered hardships and challenges myself. Trusting ourselves, and our own journeys, gives us a freedom from guilt, blame, and shame.
